Chatrice plays an important role in supporting our team, assisting with day-to-day agency operations, helping train staff, and making sure our clients receive the friendly, professional service they deserve.

Working behind the scenes of a busy Michigan insurance agency is no small job. Between auto insurance, home insurance, commercial insurance, policy changes, customer questions and the occasional insurance emergency that starts with, “Soooo…something happened,” there is rarely a dull moment!
